This policy explains how onlineleads.ca ("we", "us") handles personal information, in line with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

• Affiliate applications: name, email, company, website, traffic details and anything you include in your message.
• Correspondence: emails you send us.
• Basic technical logs kept by our hosting provider (IP address, pages requested) for security purposes.

How we use it

• To assess affiliate applications and manage approved affiliate accounts;
• To pay commissions and meet our record-keeping obligations;
• To respond when you contact us.

We do not sell personal information. We do not send marketing email without consent (CASL). Affiliate contact details are shared with third parties only where needed to run the program (for example payment processing) or where the law requires it.

Consumer loan applicants

Loan application forms and API integrations operated for our affiliates deliver applicant information to the relevant licensed lending partner, whose own privacy policy governs its use. We pass that information on to provide the requested service and retain only what is needed for tracking, compliance and fraud prevention.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and applicable legal requirements, then delete it. Access is limited to the people who run the network.

Your rights

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention requirements) by emailing info@onlineleads.ca.
